Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Faith & Fence Line Co.

For eligible non presale items, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns due to sizing, color preference, or a change of mind. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased during a presale ordered specifically based on customer selections. Because of this, presale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

If your presale item arrives damaged, defective, or you recieve the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible do we can make it right.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. In these situations, Faith & Fence Line Co. will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After the cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled.

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
